Before & After School Program

We believe In Old-school fun and games.

Lots of physical activity and NO electronics. Dodgeball, Freeze Tag, Sharks and Minnows, and soccer in the courtyard are among our kids favorites.

We believe in REAL food.

After school snacks such as real fruits, veggies, and whole grain snacks with no artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, or GMOs. We are also a nut free facility.

We believe in counselors that care.

Our counselors are more than just babysitters for your kids. They are safe, responsible adults who understand that it is their responsibility to foster your child’s creativity, encourage your child to build relationships with others, and empower your child with healthy lifelong habits of having fun with physical activity. They are here to teach your child teamwork through team building activities and games. They are here to set an example and maintain a standard of excellence for your child in how we treat others, how we show respect, confidence, focus, self-discipline, and excellence.

We believe in education.

We think it is important for kids to have all the help they may need with their homework during our dedicated homework time as well as expand their minds during Drop Everything And Read (D.E.A.R.) time every day.

We believe in creativity.

We encourage your child’s creativity through crafts and art projects, Imaginative games, and classic building projects with our millions of legos and magnet tiles. If you would like to schedule a private tour for your family, to see the facility and meet the staff, please email our director.

Schools We Serve: Waples Mill Elementary, Oakton Elementary, Fairfax Villa Elementary, Providence Elementary, Eagle View elementary, Navy Elementary, Greenbriar East Elementary, Greenbriar West Elementary, and beginning fall 2019 Willow springs elementary.We also service a few local private schools with earlier release times. If you do not see your school listed please call or email to confirm if we could still pick up from your school.

Before care only:

Our before care program offers drop off as early as 6:45 am. Counselors will make sure your child has all homework completed, make sure they finish any breakfast, keep kids active with games and activities, and bring your child to school on time.

The weekly rate for our Before care program is $99 per week.

After care only:

Our After-school care program includes transportation from your child’s elementary school to our facility, A healthy, REAL food after-school snack, homework help, daily reading time, active game time as well as quiet game options. It also includes enrollment into our top level Martial Arts program. Kids typically attend karate class 2 days per week. Other days are filled with active games and activities until you pick your child up. We offer extended pick up times as late as 6:30pm. And for those CRAZY traffic days? Tuesday-Friday we offer NO late fees. We are hosting karate classes those days. Your kids are welcome to jump into a class or simply hang out with the instructors until you arrive. Our After-school Care program also includes full day camps for ALL teacher work days, snow days, and professional days where schools are closed and the government is open...At NO additional charge. We’ve got you covered!

The weekly rate for our After-school care program is $119 per week.

Before and After Care:

We offer all the great amenities of both programs but at a very reasonable price. The weekly rate for BOTH our before and after-school care programs together is $149 per week.
