The program they provide offers you the opportunity to engage and grow with your children in a goal-oriented, positive, and community focused environment. Simply being able to participate with your children as you both learn and exercise – simultaneously providing yourself as a role model but also in being there for the joy of sharing the experience – is priceless!

We absolutely love this place. If you're looking for family oriented karate this is definitely he spot. They focus on overall improvement, inside and outside of class. Mr. Dolan always does his best to give individualized attention to everyone. How he remembers so much about everyone is amazing. But what really sets the standard is that everyone does it. It's an awesome environment and we are definitely glad that our son gets to be a part of it. He loves going to class and is always excited to be there. Definitely recommend them for everyone!
